First Responder Appreciation Pizza Catering — Police, Fire, EMS San Antonio

For Military families specifically — whether it’s a homecoming celebration or a deployment sendoff — our Military homecoming pizza guide covers how to make that kind of order work for the occasion.

San Antonio’s Police, Fire, and EMS crews keep this city running around the clock. The least we can do is make sure they eat well. We’re a Veteran-Owned shop on the west side, and feeding first responders is something we genuinely love to do. Call (210) 750-2222 to set up your appreciation order.

Whether you’re a community organization showing love to a local station, a department coordinating food for shift workers, or a company doing an appreciation delivery, we’ve got you. Hot pizza delivered to the station, no fuss, no ceremony required.

Why We Love Feeding First Responders

We’re Veteran-Owned — read our full Veteran-Owned story if you haven’t. The owner served, came home, and built something on the west side of San Antonio. We know what it means to work long shifts with people depending on you. First responders live that every single day.

Godfather’s has always been part of this community. We’re proud to be on the list of Veteran-Owned restaurants in San Antonio. Feeding Police, Fire, and EMS isn’t a marketing move — it’s just the right thing to do.

Packages for Shift Workers

Station deliveries work a little differently than party catering. Shift crews eat in rotation — not all at once. You want enough volume to feed 10–20 people with some left over for the next rotation. Here’s what works:

Small Station (8–12 people)
1 × Large Pizza Pack ($75) — four large pies, feeds 12–16
Add Breadsticks ($6.99) and Potato Wedges ($6.74)
Total: ~$89
Mid-Size Station (12–20 people)
1 × Large Pizza Pack ($75)
1 × Pizza and Wing Feast (Large, $55.99)
Add sides: Cheesesticks (Large, $12.24) and Garlic Bread w/ Cheese ($7.79)
Total: ~$151
Large Station or Multi-Unit Appreciation (20–35 people)
2 × Large Pizza Packs ($75 each)
1 × Pizza and Wing Feast (Large, $55.99)
Full sides spread
Total: ~$220–$245

Check our catering prices page for the full package list.

24-Hour Notice Is All We Need

Appreciation events don’t always come with a lot of lead time. If you decide on Monday that you want to feed the crew on Tuesday, that’s usually fine. Call us at (210) 750-2222 and we’ll tell you what we can do.

For larger orders — say, feeding multiple units or doing a department-wide event — a few extra days helps us prep right. But for a standard station drop-off of 10–20 people, one day is enough. We also handle last-minute catering when something comes up fast.

Delivering to SAFD, SAPD, and BCSO Stations

We deliver throughout San Antonio and the surrounding area. That includes SAFD fire stations, SAPD division stations, and BCSO substations across Bexar County. We also deliver to EMS stations and emergency service facilities in our delivery zone.

If you’re near the west side, we’re close. If you’re further out — northwest, south, or east side — call us and we’ll confirm the delivery radius. Most of San Antonio is in range. See the full catering service area for details.

For units stationed near Lackland, see our Lackland catering page — we know that area well.

Setting Up Recurring Station Deliveries

Some departments and community organizations do monthly or weekly appreciation deliveries to local stations. We can support that. Call us, tell us your schedule, and we’ll build out a recurring setup so you’re not starting from scratch every time.

We keep your preferences on file — usual order size, which stations, when you like delivery. A two-minute call and it’s handled. If you’re organizing this through a business or organization, ask about our corporate account options — same idea, just formalized for recurring billing.

What to Order for the Station

Crews that do physical work all day want food that satisfies. These are the top performers for station deliveries:

  • All-Meat Combo — ham, pepperoni, bacon, beef, Italian sausage, sausage, mozzarella. The one that always goes first.
  • Classic Combo — pepperoni, beef, sausage, black olives, mushrooms, onions. Reliable, everybody likes it.
  • Bone-In Wings (Full, $26.49) — buffalo or BBQ, served with ranch. Great for shift snacking.
  • Potato Wedges ($6.74) — seasoned and baked golden. They reheat fine if a crew member misses the delivery window.

FAQ

Can you deliver directly to a Fire or Police station?

Yes. We deliver to SAFD, SAPD, BCSO, and EMS facilities throughout San Antonio. Call (210) 750-2222 with the address and we’ll confirm delivery. Most stations in our area are covered.

How much does it cost to feed a fire station crew?

A typical 10–15 person station crew runs about $89–$151 depending on what you order. One Large Pizza Pack ($75) plus a couple of sides covers a 10–12 person crew well.

Do you offer any discounts for first responder appreciation orders?

Call us at (210) 750-2222 and ask — we appreciate what first responders do and we’re always happy to talk. Our Pizza Pack pricing is already some of the best value in the city for group orders.

Can I schedule a recurring monthly delivery to a station?

Yes. Call us and we’ll set it up. Tell us the station, the usual order size, and how often — we’ll keep it on file and make each delivery as simple as a quick call to confirm the date.

Are you open early enough for morning shift changes?

Check our current hours at (210) 750-2222 or on our website. For early morning shift deliveries, call ahead the day before so we can time it right for your crew’s schedule.
