Our Story

Godfather's Pizza was a San Antonio staple through the 1980s — then it was gone. For more than three decades, locals remembered the thick, flavorful Golden Crust, the crispy Taco Pie loaded with seasoned beef and crunchy toppings, and the kind of family pizza night that didn't require a special occasion. When Levi Rodgers brought Godfather's back in 2025, he brought all of it with him.

Levi is a decorated U.S. Army Special Forces Veteran — a Green Beret who served multiple combat tours and was wounded in Afghanistan. He also worked at a Godfather's Pizza in California as a teenager, and the brand became part of his story long before he became a soldier. After a business trip where he spotted the familiar sign and walked back into a piece of his childhood, the idea took shape: San Antonio — home to JBSA-Lackland, Fort Sam Houston, and Randolph AFB — deserved its Godfather's back.

Today, our location on SH 151 Access Road on the west side serves dine-in, carry-out, and local delivery. We use fresh-made dough, real ingredients, and the same recipes that built the brand. Whether you grew up with Godfather's or you're tasting that Golden Crust for the first time, you're going to know why it matters.
